
Refund and Returns Policy for Peppiglow

At Peppiglow, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality skincare products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and easy returns and refund process.
1. Returns
- You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
- The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. If the product is damaged or opened, it will not be eligible for a return.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@peppiglow.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the return is processed and inspected.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Products purchased with a discount or promotion may have different return conditions.
- Gift cards, opened skincare products, or promotional items are not eligible for a refund.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, for defective or damaged items.
- Please include photographs of the damaged product and packaging in your return request to help us process the issue quickly.
5. Shipping Costs
- Peppiglow covers the cost of return shipping only in cases of defective or damaged products. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange a product for a different one, please return the original item and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
7. How to Return an Item
- Contact us at info@peppiglow.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions and a return address.
- Pack the items securely, and send them to the return address.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
